Donna Brunner

Donna Brunner implements her extensive industry knowledge as the Transaction and Marketing Director for The Vara Group. Donna’s real estate career began in multi-family property management. She obtained her first real estate license in 1998 and eventually procured her Principal/Managing Brokers license in multiple states. In 2006 Donna first joined Marcus & Millichap in Philadelphia as the Operations Manager. She relocated to Portland, Oregon, and remained with the company until 2015. Donna was then recruited by a top multi-family brokerage firm as the Director of Operations and Principal/Managing Broker for their Oregon and Washington offices.

In 2023 Donna rejoined Marcus & Millichap and now contributes her uniquely multifaceted expertise to The Vara Group. Donna leads all aspects of the deal management process for the entire Vara Group, specializing in retail, office and industrial product types. She is also involved in all marketing activities. Donna maintains her principal/managing brokers licenses for Oregon and Washington, which she now hangs with Marcus & Millichap. 

Outside of work, Donna enjoys reading, preparing new recipes, watching her favorite football team, and spending time with her five grandchildren.
