John Marks

John is a specialist in the greater East-King and Snohomish County office and industrial markets, advising clients in the buying, selling, and trading of commercial property. He is responsible for providing current and relevant market knowledge to his clients, and strives to be the best resource he can to all involved in any transaction he is a part of.

During his time at the University of Washington, John was an active member and the first-ever President of the UW Chapter of the Evans Scholars Foundation - a national scholarship program that provides full tuition and housing to caddies across the nation. John worked in the golf industry throughout high school, and during his Junior and Senior years of college was an Intern at Soundmark Wealth Management in Kirkland, WA.
