Matt Herman

Matthew Herman of the Marcus & Millichap Seattle Office specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial investment real estate across the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Herman brings a dedication to understanding local market conditions that effects best results for his clients throughout the transaction process. He prides himself on his ability to fulfill client needs with real estate solutions that offer optimized value relative to market alternatives. Mr. Herman joins the Leibsohn Vara Group as a Junior Partner & Associate Director.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Matthew served in the golf industry as an assistant professional and graduated from Washington State University. He has been an avid golfer since his youth, competing in the WIAA High School State Championship three times and the WJGA State Championship four times. He was named the 2011 Seamount League Player of the Year.
